Pedders Suspension and Brakes - Replacement front lower control arm for Subaru vehicles
Due to a manufacturing fault the lower ball joint can separate from the lower control arm during use leading to loss of vehicle steering control. Drivers may notice a knocking noise from the front of the vehicle during normal driving and/or cornering. Risk of serious injury or death from motor vehicle accident if the driver loses control because of the ball joint separation from front lower control arm. Incidents have occurred.
